hi, i’m Jayde…
Hello there. Thanks for tuning in. I’m Jayde…or Jared depending on who is addressing me. I identify as non-binary so The pronouns “they/them” are what suit me most, but am just as comfortable with “he/him” and “she/her.” Many people know me as Jayde; while many others know me as Jared; most of which know me as both. I know – it may be new or confusing to you so allow me to explain.
I’m AMAB (assigned male at birth) so i was born Jared and lived as Jared for a very long time, so he remains an integral part of my identity. However, I often find myself falling on the more feminine end of the gender spectrum and often blend gender in my gender expression. My father always calls me Jay and I’ve always felt called to the name Jade, so I decided to combine the two and thus Jayde was born… but I didn’t necessarily want to give up my identity as Jared either. So the best way I can describe it is…
“We all have a divine masculine and a divine feminine energy within us. I merely associated a name to each of mine.”
Jayde/Jared
…and that is why I use Jayde for my holistic health career, because I call upon the healing energy of the divine feminine in my practices.
Now that that’s out of the way… I’d like to explain why I am here writing this blog. As many of us have, I too have experienced much pain and faced an immense amount of tribulation throughout this lifetime. Therefore I have had to do a great deal of healing – physically, emotionally, and spiritually – in order to still be here. While I am hardly an expert in anything (aside from fabulousness and sass), I have definitely learned a thing or two along the way.
I would like to share the health and wellness knowledge and wisdom I have ascertained from the various experiences life has provided me to lead me to this point. I would like to share these with you, dear reader, in hopes that I am able to impart upon you some small tidbit of knowledge that helps to make your lifetime here just a little bit better. It would be the biggest blessing to take the lessons I’ve learned from the tragedies I’ve faced to affect any type of positive change – no matter how big or small.
I hope you’ll find value in what I have to share. Stay tuned!
Until next time.
Peace, love, and good health,
Jayde
